【公告】ACS OA 作業平台暫停服務通知（2026 年 11 月 1 日至 11 月 7 日）
美國化學會（ACS）Read & Publish 2024-2026點數(token)即將用罄，ACS OA作業平台將於2026年11月1日至11月7日暫停運作，以進行2027-2029年協議銜接設定。
平台暫停期間被接受之文章
- 系統顯示需要支付文章處理費（APC），且不會出現本校有加入聯盟R&P協議等相關提醒。請先不簽署授權，特別是投稿到Gold OA期刊者，切勿自行支付APC（後續無法退款）。
- 出版社將提供清單請圖書館確認，待確認後，出版社即會將文章以OA形式出版。

Notice of ACS OA Platform Service Suspension (November 1–7, 2026)
The tokens under the American Chemical Society (ACS) Read & Publish agreement for 2024–2026 are about to run out. The ACS OA platform will be suspended from November 1 to November 7, 2026, while the transition to the 2027–2029 agreement is set up.
Articles accepted during the suspension period
The system will show that an Article Processing Charge (APC) is required, and it will not display any notice that our university provides OA funding. Authors should hold off on signing the license agreement. Those submitting to Gold OA journals in particular should not pay the APC themselves, because it cannot be refunded afterward.
The publisher will later send the library a list of these articles for confirmation. Once the library confirms them, the publisher will publish the articles as open access.
Our university has joined the 2027–2029 consortium R&P agreement, with service starting November 8, 2026.
