The 2025 Academic Year "Chu Shun-Yi Hwa Chin Academic Excellence Scholarship"
The application deadline has been extended to Monday, March 24, at 4:00 PM. To ensure fairness, late submissions will not be accepted.
1. Each recipient of this scholarship will receive NT$120,000. The College of Engineering may recommend two third-year undergraduate students. Recipients of this scholarship may not receive other external scholarships of a similar nature during the 2025 academic year (from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026).
2. Please do not submit applications directly to the College of Engineering.
3. The submitted documents should include:

The second semester average should be the average of the first and second second-semester grades. 主旨：有關本校交大校區的碩博班免收學分費申請相關事宜，如附說明，請查照。

說明：

一、申請對象：交大校區(110學年度之前入學)的一般生碩士及博士(不含專班)若修課符合免收學分費條件者。

（此信件是對研究所舊生公告信，不需要者(未修課同學或交換生)可忽略!）

二、申請期間：3月3-7日(3月7日下午5點前截止)

三、申請條件：

1.交大校區之碩、博士生當學期修完畢業應修課程及學分，即可於當學期提出學分費免收申請。下列情形者得免繳學分費。

(1)修習一般研究所專業課程（不包含：必修課程、先修課程、個別指導課程、書報討論、論文研討、專題研討、專班課程、EMBA課程、教育學程、實驗課程、外語類課程、大學部所有課程[含軍訓、體育、通識]等）

(2)修習與交大校區互惠他校的校際選修課程。

2.符合以上條件請於今年3月7日(五)下午5點前填寫「碩博生免收學分費申請表」，完成手續，繳交至課務組，逾期不候。(若有任何困難，請於時間內告知，謝謝)

3.辦理時請附上1.歷年成績單及2.本學期選課單備查。（請上網自行列印）

1. For general master's and doctoral students on the Chiaotung campus (excluding degree program students), if the courses they take meet the conditions for exemption of credit fees under the following circumstances:

(1) taking general professional courses (excluding required courses, prerequisite courses, personal instruction courses, independent study, seminar, thesis, special topic courses, degree program courses, EMBA courses, teacher education courses, laboratory courses, foreign language courses, and undergraduate courses [including Military Training, Physical Education, General Education] etc.)

(2) Cross-college courses from other allied schools of NYCU.

各位工學院的同學您們好，

工學院自112學年度起執行教育部推動之「大專校院學生雙語化學習計畫」。為獎勵本院非英語系國家之學生參與英語能力檢測，以提升英語能力，獎勵檢測之成績標準、獎勵金額上限及獎勵辦法如下：

(1) 「財團法人語言訓練測驗中心」舉辦之培力英檢BESTEP：通過B2（含聽說讀寫四項），獎勵3000元；通過C1（含聽說讀寫）以上，獎勵5000元；學生於大二第一學期開學前提出考試並通過相當CEFR B2等級者，可獲得額外500元獎勵金。

(2)報考下列英檢獎勵金，各項補助標準及金額如下：

6. 「財團法人語言訓練測驗中心」舉辦之全民英語能力分級檢定測驗 GEPT：通過中高級初複試以上（含聽說讀寫四項），獎勵1500元。
   B. 托福測驗 (TOEFL)：iBT (Internet-Based T )：79 分 (含) 以上者，獎勵 3000元。
   C. 雅思 (IELTS)：聽說讀寫皆達 6.0 (含) 以上者，獎勵3000元 。
   D. 多益(TOEIC): 聽力及閱讀成績總和達 785 分(含) 以上且口說及寫作成績總和310 分(含)以上者，獎勵2500元。
   E. 英國劍橋大學國際英文認證（Test of Cambridge Certificate）：聽說讀寫四項成績皆達 CEFR B2 等級(含)以上者，獎勵2500元。
   F. 英國劍橋大學領思英語檢測（Linguaskill）：聽說讀寫四項成績皆達 CEFR B2
   等級(含)以上者，獎勵2500元。

參加測驗期間:113年8月1日起至114年7月31日止
＊每人獎勵以一次為限，凡接受過任一獎勵者，不得再提出申請。然實際金額視當年度核定之計畫經費與使用情況調整。

符合上述獎勵標準之學生請填寫線上申請表單後，上傳英檢成績單複本、匯款資訊(郵局封面)、學籍成績管理系統在學證明，以申請獎勵金。
