Synthesis and Application of Nanoscale Alumina and Zirconia Powders for Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP)
(1) Manufacturing various nanoscale oxide powders suitable for chemical mechanical polishing and studying the effects of synthesis steps on composition, crystalline phase, particle size distribution, and specific surface area.
(2) Formulating slurries for polishing, measuring isoelectric points, and investigating the stability of nanoscale powders in slurries, as well as the effects of various surfactants and other additives.
(3) Conducting actual polishing experiments on machines and exploring the mechanisms of chemical and mechanical actions in various polishing processes based on previous information.
Research on micro electrodeposition of nickel-iron soft magnetic alloys and subsequent electrochemical processing using UV deep-etched micro molds.
