1. Each recipient of this scholarship will receive NT$120,000. The College of Engineering may recommend two third-year undergraduate students. Recipients of this scholarship may not receive other external scholarships of a similar nature during the 2025 academic year (from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026).
2. Please do not submit applications directly to the College of Engineering.
3. The submitted documents should include:

The second semester average should be the average of the first and second second-semester grades. (3) Transcripts of previous years (must include rankings)
(4) Enrollment certificate
(5) One photo (to be attached to the application form)
(6) Personal statement
(7) Recommendation letter from the department chair
(8) Study plan or related research project outcomes
