113年度第2梯次「學生優良研究成果獎勵」即日起至114年7月10日(四)前受理申請，逾期不受理收件
一、研發處業於114年6月16日以陽明交大研企一字第1140022923號書函（附件1）通知全校各學院，第2梯次獎勵受理本校學生113年度衍生之研究成果項目。
2. Interested applicants are advised to refer to the award guidelines and application instructions provided in the attachments. Please submit your application in accordance with the deadlines set by your respective department or college. Late submissions will not be accepted.
（一）研究成果項目受理區間：113年度（113年1月1日至113年12月31日止）
(2) Eligibility Criteria: Eligibility must comply with Articles 3, 4, and 5 of the "National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Guidelines for the Student Outstanding Research Achievement Award" (see Attachments 1-2).
(3) Application Procedure:
- 填寫申請表並檢附佐證資料：
請申請人（學生）填妥「113年度學生優良研究成果獎勵申請表」（附件2）並完成「申請人」及「指導教授」親筆簽名（電子簽名亦可）及檢附相關佐證文件，再提交至所屬系所、學院辦理資格初審。 - 提交所屬系所、學院完成資格初審：
敬請「所屬系所承辦人」協助確認學生所提研究成果確實為「在學期間以本校名義獲獎」或「在學期間完成期刊論文投稿並於113年度被接受或發表者」。 - Submission to the Office of R&D College staff are requested to consolidate all applications that have passed the eligibility review within the college. Hard copies (along with all digital files) of the approved applications should then be submitted in batch to the designated contact windows of Planning Division I or II, Office of Research and Development, for further university-level review and evaluation.

（四）申請應附文件：敬請申請人（學生）檢附以下申請文件之「紙本」及「電子檔」提送至所屬系所、學院進行辦理。

Publication in Excellent Academic Journals | 1. 學生「優良期刊論文」申請表。(附件2：C表) 2. 論文全文。(已發表者適用；另得以WOS資料庫檢索畫面取代，詳附件4) 3. 論文被接受函全文。(被接受尚未出版者適用) 4. 於JCR資料庫檢索期刊Rank Factor畫面。(附件5) |
二、本113年度第2梯次「學生優良研究成果獎勵」申請資料，敬請於受理截止日114年7月10日（四）前送將紙本及電子檔送交系辦許小姐(betty0422@nycu.edu.tw)
逾時無法受理申請。
