    Winny Dong,化學和材料工程教授,自 2000 年加入 Cal Poly Pomona 以來擔任過各種職務。她因知識淵博、對學生的關懷以及致力於縮小the achievement gap for first-generation, low-income and underrepresented students。 Dong在 Cal Poly Pomona 領導和/或創立了多個項目,鼓勵學生研究、提供學術支持並簡化研究生學習的道路。 這些計劃包括本科研究辦公室、成就學者計劃、工程學院項目和研究辦公室、工程學者計劃和麥克奈爾學者計劃。 Dong被白宮認定為 2021 年總統科學、數學和工程指導卓越獎的獲獎者。
