You must complete the dissertation defense before graduation as a graduate student. The following is the preparation required for it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  • 15 days before the dissertation defense<\/b><\/span>
    \u00b7\u8ad6\u6587\u539f\u5275\u6027\u6bd4\u5c0d\uff1a\u767b\u5165E3\u5f8c\u4f7f\u7528\u300cTurnitin \u8ad6\u6587\u7dda\u4e0a\u6bd4\u5c0d\u7cfb\u7d71\u300d\u5b8c\u6210\u8ad6\u6587\u7684\u539f\u5275\u6027\u6bd4\u5c0d\uff0c\u8acb\u6307\u5c0e\u6559\u6388\u7c3d\u540d\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u8ad6\u6587\u6c92\u6709\u6284\u8972\u7684\u5acc\u7591\u3002<\/span>
    \u00b7\u7e73\u4ea4\u7533\u8acb\u8868\uff1a\u53e3\u8a66\u59d4\u54e1\u540d\u55ae\u3001\u8ab2\u7a0b\u4fee\u7562\u8b49\u660e\u55ae\u3001\u8ad6\u6587\u6bd4\u5c0d\u6bd4\u5c0d\u3002<\/span><\/span>
    \u00b7Apply for the seminar room: Apply for the seminar room in advance to ensure smooth arrangement of the venue on the day of the dissertation defense.<\/span><\/li>
  • One week before the dissertation defense<\/span><\/strong>
    \u00b7\u901a\u77e5\u53e3\u8a66\u59d4\u54e1\uff1a\u5c07\u8ad6\u6587\u521d\u7a3f\u53ca\u53e3\u8a66\u6642\u9593\u8868\u9001\u7d66\u6bcf\u4f4d\u53e3\u8a66\u59d4\u54e1\u3002<\/span><\/li>
  • The day of the dissertation defense<\/span><\/strong>
    \u00b7\u6e96\u5099\u76f8\u95dc\u6587\u4ef6\uff1a\u6e96\u5099\u5b78\u4f4d\u8003\u8a66\u6210\u7e3e\u8cc7\u6599\u8868\u3001\u8ad6\u6587\u5be9\u5b9a\u66f8\u3001\u8a55\u5206\u55ae\u3002<\/span>
    \u00b7Collect documents: Go to the department office to collect oral examination score sheets, off-campus committee member oral examination fee receipts, parking tickets and other documents.<\/span><\/li>
  • After passing the dissertation defense<\/span><\/strong>
    \u00b7Submission of documents: Submit all documents related to scoring to the department office.<\/span>
    \u00b7Revise the paper: Modify the paper according to the suggestions of the examination committee.<\/span>
