Reservation Process
Log in to the NYCU Portal and access the "Classroom Reservation System (NCTU Campus)."
Click "Add New Classroom Reservation", then review and proceed.
Select the reservation date and time slot, ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
Select the classroom you wish to reserve.
Print the "Department of Materials Engineering Building 6 Classroom Reservation Application Form."
Fill in the application details and obtain the department chair’s stamp.
Submit the application form to the department office for approval.

The available classrooms in Engineering Building 6 and their seating capacities are as follows:
EF201 (Approximately 81 seats)
EF202 (Approximately 51 seats)

Reservation Rules and Restrictions
Purpose of Reservation:
Primarily for departmental teaching purposes, including undergraduate and graduate courses, as well as department-organized events.
Not available for reservation by student clubs, camps, or other departments to prevent noise and management issues.
Application Deadline:
If reserving an unassigned time slot, applications can be submitted up to one month in advance. Applicants must provide relevant personnel insurance supporting documents and obtain approval from the administrator before use.
Department Student Association Reservation Rules:
A deposit of 1,000 NTD is required. If the venue is restored to its original condition and no equipment is damaged after the event, the deposit will be refunded.
Reservation and Return Regulations:
Key Pickup: Must be collected from the department office during office hours.
Key Return: Must be returned on time after use. If delayed, preventing others from using the room, future reservations may be restricted.
Responsibility for Venue Maintenance:
After use, restore desks and chairs to their original positions, turn off lights and air conditioning, and securely lock doors and windows.
If improper use results in equipment damage or loss, the borrower is responsible for repairs or compensation.
